3- Your Official Bid

Bids will be sent over via email within 72 hours. We can make any changes and address any questions you may have at this time

4- Schedule your Project

We will schedule your remodel with an official start date. No estimates, but precise start dates and timelines.

5- Payment

After your project is scheduled, we require a $1000 deposit. The job materials will be paid once you take possession of them. After that, 50% of the project balance is due when the job is halfway completed. The remaining balance is due at the final walk-through.
